Enterprise Systems

ERP, CRM and OA system development

Tunda helps businesses turn customer, sales, order, inventory, approval and collaboration processes into connected management systems.

Business areas the system can cover

Modules are selected from the actual workflow; an enterprise project does not need to implement every category at once.

ERP and operations

Products, procurement, sales, orders, inventory, suppliers and operational reports.

CRM and sales

Leads, customers, opportunities, follow-ups, contracts and service records.

OA and collaboration

Organisations, roles, approvals, tasks, notices, documents and audit history.

From process mapping to adoption

  1. Assess the current processPeople, spreadsheets, systems, data and bottlenecks.
  2. Define roles and rulesPermissions, states, exceptions and approval paths.
  3. Deliver the critical workflowBuild, integrate, migrate, test and train by phase.
  4. Measure and improveMonitor use, data quality and operational outcomes.

Start with process and data, not module names

The same label can mean very different work in different organisations. Discovery should identify source data, ownership, status transitions, exception handling and the management decisions that reports must support.

Plan integration and data migration early

Identity, finance, payments, devices and existing databases can determine architecture and schedule. Sample data should be examined early, with mapping, cleansing, reconciliation and rollback methods defined before migration.

Adoption is part of delivery

A correct system still needs clear permissions, useful defaults, training and support. A phased launch around one critical workflow usually provides faster learning and lower risk than implementing every imagined module at once.

Discuss an enterprise system requirement

Prepare the organisation structure, current workflow, spreadsheets or systems, important data and rules that must remain.
